We know that news of our closing can create a lot of anxiety around shipping, returns, gift cards, and other things. We've created an FAQ page to answer your questions and concerns around closing logistics.
As we finish up our last days, we are operating with a very small team and appreciate your patience.

When is the last day to place an order?
The last day to place an order is Monday, April 20, 2026 by 11:30pm EST. We will ship your order the following day on Tuesday, April 21st.
Are all sales final?
Yes, all sales are final. Should your item arrive damaged, please reach out to the carrier if the outer carton is compromised. If the outer carton is in good condition, reach out to us here within 3 days of receipt of your item.
Can I still use my Areaware gift card?
Yes! If you have a balance on an Areaware Gift Card, it can be used until Monday, April 20 by 11:30pm EST. Please note that any remaining balance after this time will be lost and forfeited.

How do I track my final order?
You'll receive a tracking number for your order via email as soon as it ships. Keep an eye on your inbox—we'll send you all the details there. If after a couple days you do not see a shipping notification email in your inbox, please be sure to check your spam folder. If for any reason your order does not arrive, please email us and include your order number.
